Experienced BIM Project Manager leading end-to-end delivery across Scan-to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM, architectural and structural, MEP, 2D civil drawings, and VDC.
Role is in the Engineering Division; listed location is Guindy, Chennai.
Responsibilities
- Plan schedules, allocate resources, set production targets, monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver projects on time.
- Manage BIM and civil drawing projects to client requirements and LOD standards; oversee coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and construction planning.
- Establish QA/QC, monitor efficiency, minimize errors and rework, and improve workflows and automation.
- Lead BIM Coordinators, Team Leads, Modellers, and QC Engineers; coordinate client reviews, feedback, stakeholders, and status updates.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of relevant AEC, BIM, or engineering services experience, including project or team management.
- B.E., B.Tech, or another engineering degree; Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Hands-on Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD experience; understanding of structural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and piping systems and engineering drawings.
- Understanding of LOD requirements, BIM standards, and BIM Execution Plans; strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.
Technical skills
- Experience with Scan-to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM, and as-built modelling is preferred; Navisworks Manage familiarity is preferred.
- Autodesk ReCap, Autodesk Construction Cloud, VDC workflows, and BIM automation tools are advantageous.
