Overview
- Develop accurate 3D models of precast concrete elements using BIM software (Revit).
- Prepare detailed fabrication and shop drawings from the BIM model.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and other discipline modelers to ensure model accuracy and clash-free integration.
- Update models based on design revisions or site feedback.
- Generate bar bending schedules and part lists from the model.
- Maintain model element data and ensure correct attributes for precast elements.
- Follow and implement BIM Execution Plans and project-specific modelling protocols.
- Support site teams with installation drawings and erection sequence plans.
- Maintain organized model files and proper version control of outputs
