BIM Modeler – Utilities

• **100% (m/f)**
• The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in BIM for infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on utilities design.
• They should be proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, able to deliver accurate BIM models, drawings, and documentation, and flexible in working across CAD and Civil 3D environments.
• Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet project deadlines are key.

Responsibilities

• Support design engineers from concept stage to detailed design stage.
• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for utilities in line with project requirements.
• Ensure accurate utility layouts, profiles, and cross-sections.
• Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to integrate utility designs into wider infrastructure projects.
• Prepare construction drawings, layouts, and documentation from BIM models.
• Conduct quality checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support clash detection, quantity take-offs, and coordination using BIM tools.
• Maintain compliance with BIM execution plans, modeling standards, and data accuracy.
• Expertise in Civil 3D and excellent drafting skills in AutoCAD.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Drafter, preferably in utilities and infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools relevant to infrastructure/utility design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Middle East experience preferred.
