BIM Modeler / Scan to BIM Specialist

We are looking for a BIM Modeller / Scan to BIM Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi office, with proven, hands-on experience in BIM modelling and Scan-to-BIM, including Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.

This role requires someone who can work with point clouds, laser-scanning data, as-built information, and heritage-building documentation, with strong attention to accuracy and model quality.

· Minimum 4 years of BIM modeling experience

· Strong experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows

· Proven experience in Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM modeling

· Proven experience in Heritage BIM / HBIM projects

· Good knowledge of different BIM techniques, LOD requirements, as-built modeling, and model coordination

· Strong experience in Revit and point cloud-based modeling

· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

· Available for immediate joining or short notice

Important Note !!!
