Create, manage, and coordinate Revit BIM models from concept through LOD 500 as-built documentation.
Work with structural, MEP, and landscape teams on swimming pool, filtration, and water-feature projects.
Responsibilities
- Build and update architectural and MEP Revit models for pools, filtration systems, and water features.
- Coordinate Builder's Work in Connection requirements, including sleeves, trenches, pits, pump rooms, and service penetrations.
- Link multidisciplinary models and use clash analysis to resolve design and site conflicts before construction.
- Create parametric Revit families for pumps, filters, valves, nozzles, and chemical dosing systems.
- Generate shop drawings, structural layout details, view templates, and automated material take-offs and quantity schedules.
- Follow the project BIM Execution Plan, folder organization, and ISO 19650 data workflows.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or architecture.
- 1 to 5+ years of hands-on Autodesk Revit experience in the AEC industry.
- Experience in hydraulics, wet services, water treatment, or aquatic projects is ideal.
- Expertise in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and a cloud collaboration platform such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment room planning, pipe routing, pump maintenance access, and valve setups.
- Strong ability to read complex engineering blueprints and incorporate redlines and site markups.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹19,000–₹40,000 per month.
- Salary is described as competitive and aligned with experience.
