Role
Deliver high-quality BIM modeling services for Integrated Project Solutions projects.
Support Lead Modelers and Lead Engineers by assessing quality and availability of information in customer-provided models.
Key tasks
- Deliver accurate models aligned with design input and support project delivery using provided templates and instructions.
- Execute simple- to medium-complexity models and follow Hilti BIM guidelines, workflows, standards, and documentation requirements.
- Use Revit, Navisworks, or other required tools as instructed.
- Identify missing data, clashes, and inconsistencies; perform basic clash checks and escalate issues.
- Maintain structured model setup and documentation, track project hours, and share time records with the project manager and team lead regularly.
- Collaborate with PMO, VE HUB, engineering, BIM teams, and modelers working in shared environments.
- Build modeling competence, provide input on tool development, and use automation or scripts to improve modeling processes.
Education and experience
- Technical education background.
- 1–3+ years of modeling or drafting experience.
- Foundational BIM modeling skills, ability to follow workflows and structured documentation, and basic understanding of construction, MEP, or BIM coordination.
- Proficiency with core BIM tools such as Revit under guidance.
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
- Experience with automation/scripts and optimization of BIM workflows is a strong plus.
