Role overview
Monarch Innovation is hiring a BIM Modeler with 1–2 years of experience for its Ahmedabad team.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models for civil, structural, and MEPF disciplines.
- Work on PDF-to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM, and Scan-to-BIM projects.
- Create and modify Revit families to meet project requirements.
- Interpret construction plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings; identify discrepancies and raise technical queries.
- Perform model quality checks and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Follow BIM standards, maintain model accuracy, and meet project deadlines.
Required skills and experience
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEPF modeling.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical details.
- Problem-solving, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance.
