About the role

Responsibilities

• Create detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit and prepare LOD 300–400 models.
• Produce plans, sections, elevations, and details from BIM models.
• Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP teams; manage linked models and worksets.
• Maintain model cleanup and compliance with BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Detect and resolve clashes and coordination issues; support documentation and drawing production.

Required qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; the education section specifies a bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
• Strong Autodesk Revit knowledge and understanding of BIM execution plans and modeling standards.
• Experience with model coordination and file optimization.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred skills

• Basic knowledge of Navisworks or AutoCAD is preferred.
• International project experience and familiarity with LOD, clash detection, and BIM coordination workflows are preferred.
• Collaborative teamwork ability is preferred.

Pay

• ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month.
