- Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows specifically tailored for complex infrastructure projects (e.g., transportation,)
- Lead the development and implementation of the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring alignment with client and project objectives.
- Manage and coordinate federated BIM models, resolving clashes and ensuring data integrity across disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, etc.).
- Oversee the creation and delivery of BIM deliverables, including 3D models, 4D simulations (scheduling), and 5D cost integration.
