Role accountabilities

• Develop and manage MEP BIM models in Autodesk Revit; prepare models, drawings, shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
• Review work for accuracy, completeness, constructability, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines; participate in clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
• Update models in response to revisions, RFIs, consultant comments, and client feedback; communicate issues, risks, and delays.
• Follow project BIM Execution Plans, naming conventions, LOD and documentation standards, and maintain model data integrity.
• Support deliverables across concept, design development, construction documentation, tender, and construction/shop drawing stages.
• Assist with BIM content, families, templates, project standards, internal quality checks, and workflow improvement.
• Coordinate with BIM Managers and discipline teams and communicate with internal teams and international clients.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant BIM experience in building projects; position seniority may affect the experience expectation.
• Practical BIM modeling and documentation workflow knowledge, hands-on MEP and construction documentation experience, and understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination.
• Experience preparing construction drawings, shop drawings, layouts, schedules, and quantity take-offs; ability to interpret specifications, drawings, design intent, and project requirements.
• Understanding of LOD, BIM standards, model coordination, and information management.
• Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines.
• International project and client-standard experience is an advantage.

Software expectations

• Autodesk Revit: strong working knowledge.
• Navisworks Manage: clash detection, coordination, model review, and reporting.
• AutoCAD: drawing review, cleanup, detailing, and documentation.
• Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 and other relevant BIM or engineering software knowledge are advantages.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and project documentation workflows; understand interoperability across BIM and CAD platforms.
