Full-time, on-site BIM Engineer role based in Doha, Qatar.
Develop, coordinate, and manage architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Interpret construction drawings and maintain model accuracy and consistency; detect and resolve clashes and provide design teams with data-rich models and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, project managers, and site teams to align models with construction realities, timelines, and quality standards.
- Contribute to BIM workflows, standards, and best practices, and support BIM integration with project planning, reporting, and digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Strong BIM model creation, coordination, clash detection, and standards skills; construction drawing interpretation and development.
- MEP coordination and familiarity with MEP systems; knowledge of architecture, spatial design, building layouts, and architectural detailing.
- Civil engineering knowledge, including structural elements, site works, and infrastructure relevant to BIM delivery.
- Relevant qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, building services, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BIM authoring and coordination tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent; familiarity with common data environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate across disciplines and meet deadlines. Experience with GCC or MENA construction standards.
