BIM Developer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Revit plug-ins and add-ins using C#, Revit API, and Visual Studio.
• Create and maintain automation tools and BIM data management solutions.
• Develop Dynamo scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Build and manage detailed BIM models for complex interior fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with BIM and Engineering teams to automate processes and improve project delivery.
• Produce construction documentation, schedules, quantity take-offs, and shop drawings.
• Support quality control and BIM standards compliance across project deliverables.
• Mentor and guide BIM Modelers and Junior BIM Modelers.

Technical skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Dynamo.
• Experience with C#, .NET Framework, and Revit API; knowledge of Visual Studio.
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, shared parameters, and naming conventions.
• Familiarity with Python, JSON/XML, and BIM data management tools is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of BIM experience.
• Preferably within the interior fit-out industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Relevant diploma holders with strong experience are also encouraged to apply.
