Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements; design and oversee business consulting strategies and delivery.
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate project timelines and resources.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure solutions improve profitability, growth, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities, develop proposals, and represent the firm in client meetings and industry forums.
- Improve internal processes and service quality, and align offerings with market trends and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in business strategy, financial analysis, and performance improvement.
- Strong leadership, people management, team mentoring, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven client relationship management, consulting delivery, and accountable management of multiple projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; able to translate complex data into practical recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for senior stakeholders.
- Experience in marketing, business development, and growth planning.
- Master’s degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent credential is highly preferred.
- Prior consulting or advisory experience; P&L responsibility or strategic leadership experience is ideal.
- High integrity, professional ethics, and commitment to client-centric value delivery.
