About the role
ICE seeks an experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator with expertise in Revit, electrical systems, and BIM coordination.
Data center project experience is preferred.
The role is based in Navi Mumbai.
The work schedule is six days a week, with alternate Saturdays off.
Key responsibilities
- Lead electrical BIM modeling and coordination using Revit.
- Coordinate electrical systems with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Review electrical layouts, cable trays, conduits, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Ensure model accuracy, drawing quality, and compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate timely delivery of BIM models and drawings.
- Take ownership of technical issues and support resolution of coordination challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical BIM modeling and coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
- Good understanding of electrical systems and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Data center project experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and ensure timely project delivery.
