BIM Architect - BIM Engineer - BIM Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM deliverables and Revit-based drawings for design projects.
• Model architectural, interior design, and structural projects; develop and maintain project models in Revit.
• Create and develop Revit Families for architecture and interior design projects.
• Coordinate technical documentation and drawings; use AutoCAD and related tools as required.
• Work within established workflows and collaborative environments using ACC and Autodesk Forma.
• Comply with project BIM Execution Plans and ISO 19650 standards.

Technical requirements

• Strong Autodesk Revit knowledge and demonstrated competency.
• Good understanding of BIM processes and project workflows.
• Experience with architectural and interior design projects.
• Knowledge of ACC, Forma, collaborative digital delivery, Revit Family creation, and customization.
• AutoCAD proficiency and understanding of ISO 19650 principles and standards.

Qualifications and experience

• At least 3 years of experience in BIM, architecture, or related fields.
• GCC project experience is preferred; RIBA-stage project experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; fluent English is essential.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,000–15,000 per month.
