Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models at LOD 200–400 and architectural construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Produce US project deliverables to AIA guidelines and imperial units, and UK deliverables to BS EN ISO 19650 and metric units.
• Self-check models, clean CAD base files, manage sheet layouts, and resolve clashes before coordinator review.
• Create and maintain parametric Revit families for doors, windows, casework, and architectural details using client templates.
• Convert PDFs, hand sketches, and point-cloud data into 2D CAD drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings.
• Ensure deliverables meet project BIM standards, drawing conventions, and client requirements.

Required qualifications

• B.Arch degree and 1–4 years of hands-on experience in an architectural AEC outsourcing firm or design studio.
• Expert-level Autodesk Revit Architecture and AutoCAD skills.
• Direct, verifiable experience on US and UK architectural projects in commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors.
• Understanding of US imperial dimensions and drawing standards or UK BIM protocols and ISO 19650.
• Strong knowledge of construction details, wall sections, and building components; communication, accuracy, collaboration, and independent problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Basic exposure to Navisworks clash detection, interpreting markups and redlines, and international architectural codes is preferred.
• Familiarity with both US and UK project workflows is preferred.

Pay

• ₹25,000–₹52,000 per month.
