Billing Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing operations for all service contracts, including hard services, soft services, manpower supply, and construction and maintenance contracts.
• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices by verifying:
• Valid and approved purchase orders.
• Approved timesheets and attendance records.
• Availability of service reports or job completion certificates.
• Application of agreed contractual rates.
• Coordinate continuously with operations teams regarding unbilled work, completion of missing data, and ensuring all activities are captured within the billing cycle.
• Manage and process credit notes, deductions, and follow up on the recovery of retention amounts in line with contractual terms.
• Ensure compliance with Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Lead automation initiatives and process improvements within enterprise resource planning systems.

Qualifications

• :
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• SAP SD and MS Dynamics ERP billing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of KSA VAT invoicing requirements.
• Professional qualification Chartered Accountant (CA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
• Saudi Nationals are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 to 10 years in billing and revenue roles, preferably in Facility Management, manpower, or specialized cleaning industry.
