Billing and payment duties
- Prepare and issue invoices for services or products provided.
- Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with finance to support timely payment processing.
- Maintain transaction, payment, and credit records.
- Respond to client billing inquiries and resolve issues.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
Reporting and compliance
- Prepare and submit monthly or quarterly billing reports.
- Follow company policies and legal regulations for billing practices.
- Assist with audits and account reconciliation as required.
Candidate qualifications
- Be detail-oriented and organized.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work independently.
Pay and employment
- Job types: full-time and permanent.
- Pay stated as AED 1,500–2,000 per month.
