Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate invoices and bills for customer purchases.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Verify product details, quantities, prices, discounts, and taxes before billing.
- Coordinate with the sales team and showroom staff to ensure smooth billing.
- Maintain daily billing records and transaction reports.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, and billing.
- Process returns, exchanges, cancellations, and credit notes as per company policy.
- Maintain proper records of cash and digital transactions.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding daily sales and collection reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of sales orders and invoices.
- Follow up on pending payments, if required.
- Perform other billing and administrative duties assigned by the management.
Compensation
- Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month.
