Job Responsibilities
Prepare customer invoices and billing documents accurately and timely.
Ensure billing is processed as per company policies and approved documents.
Verify quantities, prices, and supporting documents before invoicing.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments regarding billing matters.
Maintain proper filing and records of invoices and related documents.
Assist in resolving basic billing discrepancies.
