The Billing Associate–Client Services manages end-to-end billing operations, supports client service, and helps optimize revenue processes.
This is described as a hands-on senior associate role covering the complete billing cycle, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Billing operations
- Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.
- Release invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Ensure accuracy of billing data, pricing, contracts, and tax compliance.
- Handle client billing queries and disputes; resolve WIP issues, invoice corrections, and rebillings.
Financial review and collaboration
- Track realization, gross margin, bill rates, write-ups, and write-downs.
- Partner with engagement teams on WIP and accounts receivable management.
- Own Dynamics 365 F&O billing workflows and controls.
- Work closely with the billing lead and manager.
Required experience
- 2–3+ years of billing experience in professional services.
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O billing experience.
Preferred qualifications and competencies
- Experience in a global delivery center, captive, or shared services environment is preferred.
- Experience supporting US CPA firms, consulting firms, or Big 4/large professional services organizations is preferred.
- Attention to detail, a control-focused mindset, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and independent accountability.
- Process improvement and SOP documentation experience.
