Billing Analyst

Role overview

What you will do

• Analyze contract language, especially product and pricing details.
• Implement and maintain contract information in internal systems to support accurate, timely billing.
• Collaborate with Billing Operations, Sales Ops, Account Boarding, Legal, and Finance.
• Support process improvements and provide insights into contract-to-billing workflows.
• Manage cases for contract setups, cancellations, amendments, and custom requests.
• Resolve customer queries and escalations, investigate root causes, and report trends.
• Contribute to monthly financial close and Net Promoter Score performance.
• Prepare and present data-driven reports to track progress and identify optimization opportunities.

Experience and skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Excel and knowledge of financial systems such as Oracle.
• Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Work arrangement

• The schedule includes four in-office collaboration days, Monday through Thursday, and remote flexibility on Friday.
