Helping Hands is seeking a proactive, analytical Billing Analyst to ensure customer accounts are set up correctly, charges are accurate, and billing processes work effectively.

Key responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, including setup and closure.
- Review billing information and check that customers have been charged correctly.
- Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Resolve customer account and billing queries, including phone conversations about sensitive or challenging matters.
- Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues and identify process improvements that reduce errors.
- Support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism.
Skills and expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working with data and systems, investigating issues, and making informed decisions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Resilient and professional when dealing with difficult situations, with confidence to question and seek improvements.
