Qualifications
- Drive to selected homes using a company-provided vehicle
- Recruit statistically selected households unannounced and conduct in-person interviews
- Explain participation clearly, build rapport, and encourage enrollment
- Collect and enter household demographic and technical data accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance procedures
- Meet performance goals, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets
- Overnight stays may be required in another metro area based on business needs 50% of time
- High School Diploma/GED OR 2+ years equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Strong computer skills, including mobile devices and common workplace applications
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for participant conversations, documentation, and safety-related interactions
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
- Strong sales, customer service, relationship building, and organizational skills
- Adaptability to adapt to a wide range of home and community environments while maintaining professionalism
- Must be willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to be outside, in all weather conditions recruiting preselected residential addresses.
- Be able to navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, and driveways (paved and unpaved) and a wide variety of entrances into people’s homes
- Drive for extended periods, including up to 8 hours a day
- stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Kneel, bend, and move through residential entryways as needed
- Ability to walk one-half mile
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
