1. The Challenge: Building from the Ground Up
We are not looking for a traditional employee, but a strategic partner and builder. The project is currently in the strategic conception phase. There is no legal entity yet, and no prototypes (MVP) have been developed. Your mission is to transform disruptive technological concepts into funded, operational companies. You are the financial architect who will turn vision into industrial reality.
2. Core Strategic Missions
Vision Engineering: Translate complex tech and industrial concepts into powerful fundraising materials (Pitch Decks, Financial Models, and Strategic Roadmaps).
Early-Stage Fundraising: Identify and convince Business Angels, Family Offices, and Early-stage VCs who specialize in high-potential, high-risk technological ventures.
Ecosystem Structuring: Advise on the legal and financial structuring of future startups across Dubai, Asia, and Africa.
CFO Roadmap: As the initial financial lead, you will establish the group’s governance and financial foundations. Success in this phase leads directly to your appointment as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) upon incorporation and the completion of the first funding round.
3. Required Profile: The "Risk-Taker"
Perfectly Bilingual (English/French): Essential for negotiating contracts and pitching to investors across West Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
Experience: Senior profile with a background in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a "0 to 1" startup journey.
Market Expertise: Deep understanding of investment flows between the Gulf, African emerging markets, and Asian hubs.
Resilience: The rare ability to sell "Future-ware"—building trust and value around projects that are currently at the pre-prototype stage.
4. Compensation & Partnership Model (No Initial Salary)
This position is a direct co-founder partnership. Compensation is strictly performance-based and equity-driven during the initial phase:
Success Fees: A high-percentage commission on all funds raised.
Founding Equity: Significant share allocation (Sweat Equity) in the holding company and its portfolio startups.
Contractual Evolution: Transition to a full-time, high-salaried CFO position automatically triggered upon the closing of the first major funding round.
