Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bike Rider based in Dubai.
The Bike Rider will be responsible for timely and safe parcel delivery to designated locations, conducting routine vehicle maintenance checks, and efficiently navigating routes to ensure prompt service.
Additional duties include ensuring customer satisfaction by handling deliveries professionally and maintaining accurate delivery records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in safe and defensive driving techniques for two-wheelers
- Strong knowledge of Dubai streets, traffic rules, and navigation tools
- Reliable time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently
- Polite communication and customer service skills
- Valid UAE motorcycle driving license
- Basic problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges during deliveries
- Prior experience in delivery services or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory
