Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collect dental impressions, models, prescriptions, and other dental items from clinics and deliver them to the laboratory.
• Deliver completed dental restorations, crowns, bridges, dentures, aligners, and other laboratory products to dental clinics.
• Ensure all items are handled carefully and transported securely to prevent damage or contamination.
• Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and client signatures.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and optimize routes for timely service.
• Communicate with laboratory staff and clients regarding delivery status and urgent requests.
• Verify that all cases and documents are correctly labeled and accounted for during pickup and delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the company bicycle/motorbike and report any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with basic administrative or operational tasks when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid bicycle or motorcycle riding license (if required by local regulations).
• Previous experience in courier, delivery, messenger, or logistics services is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic communication and customer service skills.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Frequent travel between dental clinics and the laboratory.

• Must follow all health, safety, and infection control guidelines related to transporting dental materials.
• Pay: AED1,716.34 - AED3,952.05 per month
