Job Description

• **Transport Goods**: Safely deliver items to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• **Route Management**: Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary due to traffic or weather conditions.
• **Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and confirming delivery details.
• **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, delivery confirmations, and any issues encountered during the delivery process.
• **Vehicle Maintenance**: Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights) and report any maintenance issues or accidents to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• **Driving Skills**: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
• **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch teams.
• **Problem Solving**: Ability to handle unexpected issues, such as traffic delays or customer complaints, in a professional manner.
