Life today is increasingly complicated, uncertain and unpredictable. People move through different careers, face unexpected moments and navigate important choices. What you’ll be doing
Managing and delivering high‑quality responses to RFPs and research questionnaires for our Employer Benefit Consultants (EBCs) and Corporate Advisers (CAs).
Supporting the coordination and project management of the tender process, ensuring strong controls and timely delivery through the sales cycle.
Working with a designated panel of EBCs and CAs, aligned via our BDD/BDM network.
Helping the team prepare for pitches, site visits, and other critical stages of the sales process.
You will be a key contributor in ensuring that every opportunity we pursue is supported by well‑crafted, accurate and compelling submissions.
