Etihad Pioneers Training Academy is the exclusive regional partner for the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
We are dedicated to the professionalization of the cleaning industry through rigorous standards, technical assessments, and strategic workforce development.
We are now seeking a skilled BICSc Lead Assessor to join our team in Riyadh.
What You'll Do
- Conduct practical BICSc assessments in strict alignment with institutional standards
- Verify candidate proficiency across LTP and CPSS skill frameworks
- Utilize the official BICSc application to record and submit candidate results accurately and on time
- Ensure full compliance with BICSc assessment protocols, documentation requirements, and quality audits
- Maintain meticulous training and assessment records in collaboration with the Training Coordinator
- Facilitate onsite assessments at client premises, ensuring all trainee prerequisites are met
- Represent the Academy's mission in alignment with BICSc global objectives
What We're Looking For
- Valid BICSc Licence to Practice (LTP) and BICSc Trainer License — Required
- Proven experience conducting practical BICSc cleaning skills assessments; Lead Trainer background highly preferred
- Significant experience in Facilities Management (Soft Services), ideally in a senior supervisory or management role
- In-depth knowledge of specialized cleaning methodologies, chemical safety protocols, and equipment management
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage
- University degree in a relevant discipline preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends to accommodate trainer scheduling cycles
