BI Engineer
About This Role
Design, build and maintain scalable data models and BI solutions that serve commercial, product and operational teams across the business
- Own the development and continuous improvement of dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring they are accurate, performant and genuinely useful
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into clean, well-structured analytical solutions
- Build and maintain data pipelines that feed BI layers, working alongside data engineering to ensure reliability and consistency
- Define and enforce semantic layer standards, metrics definitions and data documentation that create a single source of truth
- Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, reduce manual reporting and drive self-serve analytics across the organisation
