BI Developer
Role Overview
We're looking for a Core BI Developer to join our global BI team and work on our massive data processing pipelines, our Snowflake data warehouse, and the reporting layer the whole company runs on. You'll own tickets end to end — from the requirement, through the ETL and the data model, to the Tableau dashboard the game team opens every morning.
Strong SQL and solid data modeling understanding are mandatory — they are the foundation of this role. AI tools are part of how we work and you'll use them daily, but they sit on top of your own judgment — you need to be able to write, read and correct the SQL and the model yourself.

About the role
We're looking for a Core BI Developer to join our global BI team and work on our massive data processing pipelines, our Snowflake data warehouse, and the reporting layer the whole company runs on. Data & pipelines
· Pull data from various sources and integrate it into our ETL processes
· Build and maintain data models across our standard pipeline layers
· Monitor the integrity and validity of the data, and raise red flags early
· Optimize workloads to reduce cost and improve performance
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Platform
· Work with Snowflake day to day, and grow into administering it — the role hierarchy and the privileges each role holds
· Work with Tableau, including the basics of Tableau Server administration (TSM UI)
· Work with Airflow for orchestration
· Take part in the on-call rotation and develop monitoring over our BI infrastructure
Visualization & collaboration
· Design, develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting solutions in Tableau
· Work closely with Product Analysts, Marketing, Data Scientists, Finance and the game teams to deliver insights
Requirements
- · 1+ years of experience in a BI Development role
- · Good hands-on SQL, including DDL and DML
- · Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines
- · Good BI frontend development experience with Tableau or another BI tool
- · Good communication skills in English
- Working with AI — required
- · Use agentic AI coding tools daily — for development, debugging, and investigating unfamiliar code or data
- · Verify before you ship — never merge AI-generated SQL or pipeline code without reading it and validating the results against the data
- · Use and improve the team's AI skills and agents — our shared, reusable workflows — including fixing one when it drifts
- · Know the cost and data rules — AI usage consumes credits, and not all data belongs in every context
Working with AI — required
· Use agentic AI coding tools daily — for development, debugging, and investigating unfamiliar code or data
· Verify before you ship — never merge AI-generated SQL or pipeline code without reading it and validating the results against the data
· Use and improve the team's AI skills and agents — our shared, reusable workflows — including fixing one when it drifts
· Know the cost and data rules — AI usage consumes credits, and not all data belongs in every context
Nice to have
- · Experience administering Snowflake, or a Snowflake certification
- · Experience with Airflow or another workflow orchestrator
- · Experience building or configuring AI agents on top of a data warehouse
- · A programming language — Python, Scala or Java
- · Experience in the gaming industry, or another high-volume consumer data environment
- Interview Process
- Home Assignment - (3-4 hours) Tech Interview Managerial Interview HR (In-person Mandate)
- Work Location: 4 days in a week work from office Location: ITPB, Whitefield, Bengaluru
