Role overview

Onboard and maintain global hospitality data that powers Amadeus Business Intelligence solutions.

Work with hospitality organizations, technology providers, and business and technical teams to ensure data meets extract specifications, validation standards, and business requirements.

Business area

Amadeus Travel Intelligence supports data-driven decision-making in the global travel industry through a hospitality data ecosystem.

The Data Acquisition, Onboarding & Data Quality team acquires, onboards, validates, and maintains data assets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hotel property onboarding, re-onboarding, and go-live activities for Demand 360.
  • Coordinate integrations with PMS providers, channel managers, and hospitality technology partners.
  • Liaise with customers, partners, and internal teams throughout onboarding, validation, and production support.
  • Validate and troubleshoot reservation, group, occupancy, and related data for quality, completeness, and Demand360 compliance.
  • Maintain data mappings and perform audits and root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
  • Manage historical data loads, migrations, baselines, resynchronizations, and onboarding remediation.
  • Use SQL and Unix/Linux tools to investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues.
  • Improve onboarding processes, data governance, quality controls, and workflows; communicate status and go-live readiness.
  • Drive projects through validation, approval, and production activation while supporting customer experience.

Ideal candidate and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hospitality experience and understanding of hospitality terminology, standards, processes, and hotel operations.
  • Familiarity with PMS, reservation data, central reservation systems, or hospitality technology platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills; understanding of BI, ETL, data integration, and database, data warehouse, or data architecture principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, project-management, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, data management, BI, analytics, or a related discipline is preferred; hospitality data and platform experience is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
