About the Role
The Business Centre of Excellence Lead will build and lead a group-level capability focused on business intelligence, analytics, and AI, turning data from SAP S/4HANA and across the business into actionable insights that support revenue growth, margin improvement, working capital optimization, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Business COE for BI, Analytics, and AI, including its structure, governance, and service model
- Define the enterprise BI, analytics, and AI strategy in line with Agthia’s business and transformation priorities
- Position the COE as the business-led center for insight generation and decision support
- Build and lead a strong team across BI, analytics, and AI
- Lead the design and delivery of Agthia’s enterprise BI and reporting framework
- Establish a single source of truth for financial and operational performance
- Develop executive dashboards, Board reporting, and business analytics tools with key functions
- Enable self-service analytics while maintaining governance and consistency
- Identify and prioritize high-value analytics and AI use cases across the business
- Lead the development of predictive, prescriptive, and AI-driven solutions
- Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation across finance, GBS, and operations
- Build and lead the RGM analytics capability within the COE
- Deliver insights on pricing, promotions, mix, channel profitability, and trade investment ROI
- Develop analytics for SKU rationalization, promo effectiveness, demand sensing, and margin improvement
- Partner with ERP and MDM teams to ensure data structures support reporting and analytics needs
- Define and enforce KPI, data, and quality standards across all COE outputs
- Build a business data stewardship model to strengthen ownership and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management or commercial analytics is preferred
- Familiarity with SAP analytics tools and modern cloud data platforms is preferred
Required Skills
- 12 - 15 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data science leadership roles
- At least 5 years building or leading an enterprise BI, analytics, or COE capability
- Experience with SAP analytics tools in an SAP S/4HANA environment is preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management or commercial analytics is preferred
- Familiarity with SAP analytics tools and modern cloud data platforms is preferred
