Beverage Equipment Repair Technician - Crestview, FL

Qualifications

• EPA Preferred but not required. • Valid driver’s license. • General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures. • Coachable and eager to learn. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer skills for documentation via iPad/cell phone.
• Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and frequently move heavy objects. • Comfort working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces. • Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher. • Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods. • Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise measurements.
• BERCO determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $20-22hourly. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
