Beta Operations Specialist
to join our team
Job Description
1.
Responsible for the strategy and operation of new project Beta activities in MEA countries, including: application for beta samples, follow up on the delivery, distribution and return of samples, reward distribution, samples write off and other processes, to ensure that the work goals of the beta project are achieved;
2.
Responsible for analyzing key issues submitted by Beta users and generating monthly experience reports.
3.
Responsible for analyzing and reporting on issues for MEA's new flagship product output VOC report.
4.
Responsible for supporting the implementation of testing and verification tasks submitted by HQ, as well as clarifying experience requirements.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
- The role mainly involves product beta testing and preparing regular product experience reports
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution capabilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
