  • Minimum 3-5 years’ Benefits management experience required
  • Working knowledge of common HR and Payroll policies and procedures required

  • Requires solid understanding of health & welfare
  • Retirement plan 401(k) benefits programs, and their related compliance issues
  • High proficiency in Word and Excel and attention to detail a must
  • Good time management skills
  • Work well in a team environment

  • COMPENSATION
  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Education and/or Experience
