Job Summary
As a Bellboy at Barahat Msheireb Hotel LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service by assisting with luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and offering a warm and welcoming impression.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring careful handling and timely delivery to and from their rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Retrieve luggage from departing guests' rooms and transport it to the lobby or designated pick-up area.
- Assist guests with transportation needs, including calling taxis or providing directions.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and luggage storage area.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
