Guest service duties
- Greet arriving guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms.
- Deliver and retrieve guest requests and packages from rooms in a timely manner.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions; assist with transportation arrangements and directions.
- Assist with dining, entertainment, and other reservations, and handle guest inquiries and special requests.
Hotel coordination and safety
- Help safeguard guest belongings and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
- Report maintenance or housekeeping issues in guest rooms and public areas to the relevant departments.
- Communicate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to coordinate guest needs.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time position.
- Pay is QAR 1,200 to QAR 1,300 per month.
- Food, accommodation, and transport are provided.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
