Job Summary

  • The Bell Attendant will be responsible for providing professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is a memorable experience from arrival to departure, provide all hotel guests courteous, tactful, and efficient services according to standards established by Shangri‐La Hotels.
  • As a Bell Attendant, We Rely On You To
  • Meet and greet all guests arriving and departing to/from the Hotel.
  • Operate the doors and welcome and say farewell to all guests.
  • Handle all guest luggage with care and efficiency.
  • Escort guests upon arrival at the Hotel to the Reception Desk
  • Present the guest with a brief orientation of the Hotel and guest room.
  • Assist in coordinating departure transportation.
  • Deliver newspapers / messages / packages and other miscellaneous items to/from the guest rooms.
  • Perform errands outside of the hotel on behalf of guests.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Has previous experience in luxury hotels and knowledge of Front Office / Guest Relations
  • Articulate, presentable and well groomed.
  • Responsible, good team player
  • good customer service senses
  • Outgoing, courteous with pleasant personality
