Job Summary
- The Bell Attendant will be responsible for providing professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is a memorable experience from arrival to departure, provide all hotel guests courteous, tactful, and efficient services according to standards established by Shangri‐La Hotels.
- As a Bell Attendant, We Rely On You To
- Meet and greet all guests arriving and departing to/from the Hotel.
- Operate the doors and welcome and say farewell to all guests.
- Handle all guest luggage with care and efficiency.
- Escort guests upon arrival at the Hotel to the Reception Desk
- Present the guest with a brief orientation of the Hotel and guest room.
- Assist in coordinating departure transportation.
- Deliver newspapers / messages / packages and other miscellaneous items to/from the guest rooms.
- Perform errands outside of the hotel on behalf of guests.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- Has previous experience in luxury hotels and knowledge of Front Office / Guest Relations
- Articulate, presentable and well groomed.
- Responsible, good team player
- good customer service senses
- Outgoing, courteous with pleasant personality
