Role overview

What you will do

• Deliver luggage to guest rooms at check-in and collect it at departure, taking it to storage or the front drive.
• Maintain records of luggage deliveries and pickups.
• Provide professional, hospitable guest service and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Comply with the company’s Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.

What you bring

• Previous experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of English.
• Professional attitude.
