  • Paid training + support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Weekly 1:1 support from experienced trainers.
  • Monthly skill-building trainings.
  • Attendance bonuses.

  • Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents.
  • Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills.
  • Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
  • Track progress and document session notes.
  • Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team.
  • Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals.
  • Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius.
  • Afternoon availability (after school hours).
  • At least 4 days per week.
  • Occasional weekend availability may be requested.
