Overview
We are a well-established aesthetics clinic in Dubai seeking an experienced and passionate **Beauty Therapist** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skin and beauty treatments, with hands-on experience in advanced aesthetic procedures such as **Dermapen (Microneedling), HIFU , Hydrafacial**, and other skin rejuvenation therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of skin and facial treatments tailored to clients’ skin types and conditions.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and provide professional recommendations.
- Perform **Dermapen (microneedling)** treatments for skin rejuvenation, acne scars, and anti-aging.
- Deliver **Hydrafacial** treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and infusion of serums.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on new aesthetic trends and treatments.
- Promote and upsell clinic products and services when appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Beauty Therapist or Aesthetician in a clinic or medspa.
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of advanced facial treatments including **Dermapen, peeling Hydrafacial, PRP, LED therapy**, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
- DHA license or eligibility is a plus.
