We are a premium salon brand focused on high service standards, strong operations, and exceptional client experience.
We are looking for a **highly experienced, results-driven Salon Supervisor / Manager** to lead our team and drive performance.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring full control of daily operations and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all daily salon operations
- Drive **sales performance** and ensure target achievement
- Maintain **excellent client experience** and handle complaints professionally
- Monitor bookings and maximize occupancy
- Enforce discipline, punctuality, and company policies
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Oversee stock control, cash handling, and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years UAE experience** in a salon supervisor/manager role (**mandatory**)
- Strong knowledge of **salon services and operations**
- Proven track record in **sales growth and team management**
- Strong leadership personality with the ability to control and motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
