About the opportunity
The Loft 5th Avenue is launching a new salon branch in Al Ain.
The supervisor will help establish the branch and contribute to its growth.
Role overview
Oversee daily salon operations while ensuring client satisfaction and strong team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support hairstylists, nail technicians, receptionists, and other team members.
- Create and manage schedules to support smooth operations.
- Mentor and train the team to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor service quality and handle client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage stock, product ordering, and inventory control.
- Support marketing and business development to grow and retain clients.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, premium salon environment.
- Stay current on beauty trends, techniques, and industry innovations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Experience in team management, coordination, and staff training.
- Strong knowledge of beauty services, products, and current trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with salon management software and basic computer skills.
Workplace
- Work is in person at the Al Ain salon.
