Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Instruments Sales Representative located in Dubai.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and managing relationships with B2B clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s wide range of beauty instrumentation products.
The role includes market research, generating leads, organizing product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.
The position also involves collaborating with the internal production team to ensure customer satisfaction and managing client accounts efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a strong understanding of professional-grade beauty tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Ability to conduct effective market research and generate new client leads
- Experience with client relationship management and B2B sales
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Sialkot and occasionally travel for client meetings or trade shows
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or professional tools industry is highly desirable
