Overview
We are seeking an experienced candidate to be responsible for managing and growing retail and distribution sales for our exclusive beauty and wellness brands.
This will involve setting up key accounts, communicating with client points of contact and building relationships, and visiting sales locations to drive sell-in and sell-out.
The role will require effective account management, negotiation of commercial terms, building and maintaining strong partner relationships, conducting routine product training and spearheading marketing initiatives while reporting into the Commercial Director.
The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, has prior sales and account management experience, and thrives under pressure in a start-up environment.
Please note: This is a target-driven role where prior sales experience is essential.
Remuneration includes a basic salary with a generous commission structure based on performance.
Candidates should be confident in managing sales pipelines and closing B2B deals, as success in this role will be directly tied to achieving commercial targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of international beauty and wellness brands, dividing your time between visiting retail partners and working independently - either remotely or from the office
- Lead the setup and development of key B2B accounts, working towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with retail clients through regular store visits and meetings with buyers to review sales, identify opportunities, and present new products or brand updates
- Share weekly business updates and work closely with the Commercial Director to meet sales targets, manage promotions, and follow through on key actions
- Deliver brand training both in-store and online to support new launches and openings, building enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Ensure in-store visual displays follow brand guidelines and are well-stocked with hero products, testers, and key SKUs
- Negotiate for better brand visibility in stores and online, including marketing campaigns, prime shelf space, and seasonal promotions
- Monitor partner stock levels to maintain strong availability of top sellers and avoid overstocking
- Lead the sell-in and training for new product launches, making sure all materials and marketing are in place ahead of time
- Review warehouse stock regularly to plan inventory and forecast needs for retail clients
- Collaborate with the backoffice team to provide seamless support across logistics, operations, and marketing
About You
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or brand management within the beauty, wellness, or luxury retail sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts
- Strong understanding of beauty and wellness product categories, with a passion for industry trends and innovation
- Experience managing relationships with retail partners, including buyers, store staff, and senior stakeholders
- Confident in conducting in-store visits, visual merchandising checks, and delivering product and brand training
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and secure premium brand visibility
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales trackers, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets to manage reporting and forecasting
- Well-organized and self-motivated, able to manage a hybrid schedule of field visits, remote work, and office meetings
- Ability to analyze stock and sales performance data to identify commercial opportunities
- Familiarity with the GCC retail landscape and regional seasonal sales cycles (e.g., Eid, DSF, Ramadan) is a must
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage but not essential
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel across the region for store visits
