Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Satwa, Dubai for a Beauty Consultant.
The responsibilities include providing aesthetic procedures consultations, demonstrating expert knowledge of beauty and aesthetic services, delivering exceptional customer service, recommending tailored beauty solutions, and assisting customers in selecting and purchasing aesthetic treatments and beauty products.
The Beauty Consultant will work closely with clients to ensure their individual needs are met while maintaining a client-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cosmetology and Skin Care, with a focus on personalized beauty solutions
- Strong Product Knowledge to effectively recommend suitable skincare and beauty products
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to create a positive experience and build client relationships
- Experience in Retail Sales, including meeting targets and driving customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to work on-site in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
- Relevant certifications in cosmetology or a related field are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
- Prior experience in the dermatology or beauty industry is an advantage
