Beauty Advisor

The Beauty Advisor plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Senor Beauty Advisor in creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards aligned with IZIL Cosmetics Trading LLC, ensuring outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

The Sales Advisor fosters a welcoming environment, engages with customers professionally, and drives sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

 Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations based on their needs.

 Approach customers proactively, offering expert advice and personalized service to encourage sales.

 Handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and manage returns professionally and efficiently.

 Resolve customer complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset, ensuring customer

satisfaction.

 Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range, promotions, and company policies.

 Arrange and maintain merchandise displays based on popularity, trends, and company guidelines.

 Ensure shelves are stocked, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.

 Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist in unloading new shipments.

 Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system and handle daily revenue closing.

 Record customer orders and update relevant details in the company database.

 Assist in maintaining an organized and hygienic store environment in compliance with company

standards.

 Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to overall store success.

 Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends and company

policies.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

 Proficiency in handling sales transactions and working with computer-based systems.

 Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

 Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, or customer service is a plus.
