Follow appropriate sanitation and infection control practices.

Provide professional and respectful service to residents at all times.

Communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Create a positive, enjoyable salon experience for residents.

Maintain appropriate records and follow community policies and procedures.

Current cosmetology or beautician license/certification as required by the state.

Previous experience providing salon services, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Patient, compassionate, and respectful approach to working with older adults.

Dependable and professional.

Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of service.
